Markets, walked in season

Guided routes into Japan, China and the Gulf for Indonesian companies. Led personally, in small numbers.

Jakarta, Indonesia

A market is not a destination. It is a route, and it has a season.

Arrive in Tokyo in the wrong month, through the wrong door, and the same company gets a different answer. We have walked these routes. We know which doors open, who holds them, and what it costs to ask twice.

Open routes

Three markets with dated activity. Each one led by a founder who knows the ground.

Plan a route
Japan
Since July 2026Tokyo, OsakaTrade desk briefed

Japan

The longest route and the most rewarding. Japan rewards patience, preparation, and an introduction from someone the counterpart already trusts. We run the briefing with the Indonesian trade attache in Tokyo before anyone travels. Gateway to Japan

China
Since September 2026Beijing, Guangzhou, ShenzhenConsular support

China

Three cities, three different commercial logics. We run this route as a consortium with partners in-market and in Singapore, with a consular briefing on arrival in Guangzhou. Pathways

The Gulf
Since August 2026Riyadh, DubaiIndustry principals

The Gulf

The fastest route when it works, and the one most dependent on who makes the introduction. We convene directly with Gulf industry principals rather than through intermediaries. Gateway to the Middle East

How a route runs

Four stages. You always know which one you are in, and who is with you.

01

Discovery

A confidential conversation about where you are trying to go and who actually needs to say yes.

02

Curation

We map counterparts against your mandate and rule out the ones that only look right on paper.

03

Introduction

We make the introduction ourselves, with context on both sides, so the meeting opens at the second question.

04

Cultivation

We stay in the relationship after the handshake, because the value is in the second year, not the first meeting.

Field notes

What we learned on the ground, written down before we forget it.

01

Works where policy meets enterprise, opening doors that a cold approach never reaches.

Rabia Al AdawiaCo-Founder & Chief Executive

02

Turns an introduction into an operating relationship, then keeps it running.

Melissa HamidCo-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

03

Builds the ecosystems that make a first meeting feel like a second one.

Questions worth asking

01How small is small?

Small enough that everyone gets a seat at the table and a reason to be there. We will tell you the number for your season when you ask.

02Do I have to join a cohort?

No. Private mandates run the same way, for one company, on your schedule.

03What if my market is not listed?

Then we do not have standing there yet, and we will say so rather than improvise. Three open routes is the honest answer today.

04Who actually travels with me?

A founder. Every time. That is the whole model.
