The Gateway Series

Each Gateway opens a single market over one season. You travel with a cohort small enough to fit around one table.

How a season runs

001

The conversation

A confidential call about what you are trying to build abroad and who has to agree to it. We decline more of these than we accept.

002

The briefing

Before anyone travels, the cohort sits with the embassy trade desk and with operators already in the market. You learn how decisions are actually made there.

003

The season

Curated counterpart meetings across the market, arranged personally and briefed on both sides. You arrive as a recommended party.

004

The year after

The season ends. The relationship does not. We stay in it, because the value shows up in the second year.

What a Gateway includes

Cohorts are small on purpose. A room of twenty is a conference. A table of six is a decision.

Who is this for?

Indonesian companies with something genuinely ready to export and a decision-maker willing to travel. If you are still validating the product, a Gateway is premature and we will say so.

How many places are there?

Each season is deliberately small. We would rather run a second season than dilute the room.

What does it cost?

Quoted per mandate after the first conversation. It is not a ticket price, and it is not cheap. The work is bespoke.

Is it only for women-led companies?

No. Our roots are in the HIPMI Womenpreneur network and that shows in who finds us, but the Gateway Series is open to any Indonesian company we believe we can genuinely help.

What if I am not accepted?

We will tell you why, and where we think you should go instead. That answer is free.

Which Gateway?

The right introduction is the shortest distance between here and a market that was closed yesterday.
