Export growth,
introduced properly.

Most Indonesian companies do not fail abroad on product. They fail on access. VASTA runs the introductions, the delegations and the follow-through that turn a foreign market into a working pipeline.

Cold outreach into Japan converts at almost nothing. A warm introduction from a trusted party changes the entire starting position.

Without an intermediary

  • ×Cold emails to a general inbox
  • ×Meetings with people who cannot approve anything
  • ×Cultural misreads you never find out about
  • ×A trade show badge and a folder of business cards
  • ×Momentum dies the week you fly home

With VASTA

  • Your counterpart is briefed before you land
  • The person in the room owns the decision
  • Both sides are prepared for how the other works
  • A schedule built around one outcome
  • Follow-through for twelve months after

Services.

Five ways we open a market. Most clients start with one.

01The right counterpart, briefed before you arrive.

Strategic business matching

We do not send lists. We identify the specific counterpart whose mandate matches yours, establish context on both sides, and make the introduction personally so the first meeting starts from trust rather than from scratch.

Market entry programs

Our Gateway Series takes Indonesian companies into one market at a time: a briefing with the embassy trade desk, curated counterpart meetings, and follow-through after you fly home. Japan, China and the Middle East are running now.

03You travel as a recommended party.

Trade missions and delegations

We design and lead delegations with consular support in market. Our September mission covered Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen with a briefing from the Consulate General. You arrive introduced, not announced.

04Small tables, deliberately assembled.

Curated rooms

Executive dinners, closed briefings and partner gatherings where every guest is there for a reason. We build the room around the outcome you need, then stay in it.

05Institutional trust, built to outlast a deal.

Business diplomacy

We connect enterprise to government, associations and foundations so that a commercial relationship sits on institutional footing. It is slower. It is also the part that survives a change of management.

Discuss this

We are judged on the second year, not the first meeting.

Anybody can arrange a coffee. The work is in what survives the flight home: the follow-up, the second visit, the moment your counterpart introduces you to someone else without being asked.

How we work

Four phases. You always know which one you are in.

01

Discovery

A confidential conversation about where you are trying to go and who actually needs to say yes.

02

Curation

We map counterparts against your mandate and rule out the ones that only look right on paper.

03

Introduction

We make the introduction ourselves, with context on both sides, so the meeting opens at the second question.

04

Cultivation

We stay in the relationship after the handshake, because the value is in the second year, not the first meeting.

The record so far

VASTA is young and specific. These are dated facts, not rounded claims.

FAQ

How is this different from a trade consultant?

A consultant hands you a market report. We hand you a person, briefed, who has already agreed to take the meeting.

Which market should I start with?

Japan if you need a long relationship and have patience. The Gulf if you need speed and capital. China if you need scale. We will tell you honestly which one your business is ready for.

Do you take equity or commission?

No. We are paid for the work, not the outcome, so our advice on whether a market is wrong for you stays honest.

What if the introduction goes nowhere?

Some will. We map several counterparts per mandate for exactly that reason, and we tell you early when a track is dead instead of billing through it.

Tell us where you are trying to go. We will tell you if we can open it.

Every conversation is treated as confidential. Replies within 48 hours.
