Each variant rebuilds the design language of a different reference template in Astro, and carries copy shaped to that template's strengths. The underlying facts are identical and live in one file. Only the framing, the hierarchy and the ask change.

Repositioned from inbound to outbound
The live site reads as if it serves foreign investors entering Indonesia. Every dated activity we could find runs the other way: Indonesian companies going into Japan, China and the Gulf. All five variants sell the outbound story.
Named the programs
Gateway to Japan, Pathways, Gateway to the Middle East already exist and already ran in 2026. The current site never mentions them. A named program with a date beats a paragraph about trust.
Replaced round numbers with dated facts
15+ years, 12+ countries and 50+ vetted partners are not supportable for a firm whose public footprint starts in mid 2026. Three live markets, two diplomatic posts and seven cities are checkable, and for a trust business checkable is the whole point.
Cut the anonymous testimonial
An unnamed COO at an unnamed European investment group reads as invented. In its place: the institutions VASTA has visibly worked alongside, named, plus an offer of real references in the first meeting.
Gave the founders real credentials
Founding chairwoman of the HIPMI Womenpreneur chapter is a stronger line than "unparalleled access". Specific beats grand, especially for a firm selling access.
Claims removed from the live site
Listed so the client can overrule any of them. If VASTA can evidence a claim, it goes back in with the evidence attached.
